Board Certifed Criminal Law Specialist Mark McBride is a passionate, aggressive and experienced defense attorney. Born and raised in Kansas City, Missouri, Mark approaches the practice of law with integrity and enthusiasm. Mark’s toughness, intelligence, and zeal have earned him a tremendous reputation in the legal community. Mark has earned the respect of his fellow attorneys, clients, judges, prosecutors and has been repeatedly sought out for media commentary on high-profile cases. In 2012, Mark was named Trial Lawyer of the Year by The Private Defenders.
For the last 15 years, Mark has been involved in, in one way or another, some of the most well known criminal cases in America. No case is too big for Mark. Whether leading, or simply being a part of, your defense team, your case is in good hands with Mark. Mark also brings this enthusiasm for high stakes cases to state and federal appeals and writ cases across the country.
Mark attended Marquette University in Milwaukee, Wisconsin. The first student ever to have done so, Mark completed the Honors Program at Marquette in three rather than four years. He graduated from BYU Law School, in Provo, Utah. Known for his strong writing skills, courageous trial advocacy, impressive work ethic and consistent results in high stakes cases, Mark is the right choice to represent you.
